My Leadership Style
Having spent time in the trenches myself, I know what makes designers tick. In our business, teams thrive when provided three things: clear direction, sufficient resources and autonomy to take chances and bring their best work to the table. I rely on clear, empathetic communication for vision setting and course corrections, all while encouraging a fun, positive and inclusive working environment.

Understand the Problem
Understand the Problem
It's human nature to jump at a solution before assessing the whole of a problem, often leading to wasted resources and missed deadlines. My experience has taught me the value of guiding and facilitating cross-functional discovery sessions that align teams and stakeholders before spending resources. In other words, measure twice and cut once.

Keep the Project Moving Forward
Keep the Project Moving Forward
A lean approach to design is optimal when working alongside our partners. I see process and planning as guidelines rather than prescriptive. Adopting an open and growth mindset allows us to prime ourselves, and ultimately the team, to best support all project types and prioritization.
