Why optimize product findability?
How much does this cost? Is this available in my size? Will this fit me? We analyzed customer data to derive insights about the answers customers seek on product landing pages. Optimizing for easy access to relevant information reduced bounce rate from 76% to 45%.
During the decision making process, shoppers ask key questions as they browse product: How much does it cost? Is it available in my size? Will this fit me?
